These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.triple8advisory.com. Triple8 Advisory is a brand owned and operated by Rob Weldon, a sole proprietor. In these Terms, “Triple8 Advisory,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rob Weldon in connection with the Triple8 Advisory brand and website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Purpose of the Website
This website provides information about Triple8 Advisory, Rob Weldon’s professional background, advisory focus areas, operating experience, and ways to start a conversation about possible work.
The website is informational only. It does not create a consulting engagement, advisory relationship, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or contract.
2. No Engagement Created by Website Use
Submitting a contact form, scheduling an introductory conversation, sending an email, sharing a role description, or providing information through the website does not create an engagement or obligation for Rob Weldon to provide services.
Any advisory, fractional, interim, contract, W2, 1099, subcontract, or project-based work must be separately agreed in writing. That written agreement may include a statement of work, consulting agreement, employment agreement, subcontract, purchase order, NDA, or other mutually accepted terms.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Rob Weldon may provide, through Triple8 Advisory, perspective, advisory support, operating-model guidance, governance support, service management insight, vendor governance support, ServiceNow operating-value perspective, AI readiness perspective, or related business and technology guidance.
However, no specific result, business outcome, financial result, operational improvement, hiring result, cost reduction, compliance result, implementation result, or performance improvement is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.
4. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Investment, or Compliance Advice
Content on this website is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, insurance, or compliance advice.
You should consult qualified professionals for those matters. Any references to governance, risk, controls, contracts, sourcing, vendor management, AI readiness, or operating models are provided from an enterprise IT operating and advisory perspective unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, or reliance on website content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple8 Advisory’s total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to Triple8 Advisory for website access, whichever is greater.
Since website access is currently free, this limitation will generally be $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rob Weldon from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another party’s rights.
14. Professional Engagements
Any actual professional services provided by Rob Weldon will be governed by a separate written agreement between Rob Weldon and the applicable client or other contracting party. Triple8 Advisory is Rob Weldon's advisory brand and is not a separate legal entity. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement will control for that engagement.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute related to the website or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
Triple8 Advisory may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
